The £10 is non refundable in the event of a no show, same day cancellation or that we are unable to trim your dogs nails due to their behaviour.

We will endeavour to complete all nail trims however this is not always possible with difficult to control dogs. If your dog is distressed or aggressive we will direct you to your vet for a nail trim under sedation.
